Responsible for approval of work done to the exterior of our houses. Any changes to our homes that are visible from the common areas or by your neighbors must be approved by the architecture committee. Supervises the maintenance of our landscaping. Our landscaped areas feature a large number of trees, shrubbery and desert plants. Their maintenance is a complex operation which requires significant resources. Any changes to our front yards must also be approved by the landscape committee.

Conducts all financial activities for the community, from managing our moneys to collecting dues and accounting. The expertise of our financial committee makes it possible for us to maintain low dues and still be fiscally sound. Chairperson: Diana Love email@example.com
Our HOA is comprised of several officers: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and director at large. All officers, committee members and chairpersons are volunteers, donating their time and expertise to improve our community.
