Works closely with our property management company in overseeing the HOA's financial operations. Provides financial advice, and oversight to ensure the HOA maintains financial stability and sustainability, ensures financial records are complete and accurate, and oversees internal controls are in place to safeguard assets. Landscape Committee
Our HOA is comprised of several officers: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and director at large. All officers, committee members and chairpersons are volunteers, donating their time and expertise to improve our community.

THE HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEET EVERY FOURTH MONDAY OF THE MONTH (SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY) @5:00 PM AT THE COMMUNITY POOL. Date may change if it falls on a holiday. All residents are welcome to attend.
Architectural Control Committee
Supervises the maintenance of our landscaping. Our landscaped areas feature a large number of trees, shrubbery and desert plants. Their maintenance is a complex operation which requires significant resources. Any changes to our front yards must also be approved by the landscape committee.

Board of Directors
Responsible for the maintenance of the pool area and the proper functioning of our heated pool and spa, making sure our facilities are always up to code and well maintained.

Responsible for approval of work done to the exterior of our houses. Any changes to our homes that are visible from the common areas or by your neighbors must be approved by the architecture committee. Our knowledgeable committee members will offer valuable input and advice as to proper procedures to follow. Chairperson: Mike Zoretich
Produces the community bulletin/newsletter. Manages the Casa del Cielo HOA website, hotline, and email. Assists with administrative duties: HOA inspections, architectural applications, and legislative updates.
