Our HOA is comprised of several officers: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and director at large. All officers, committee members and chairpersons are volunteers, donating their time and expertise to improve our community.

THE HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEET EVERY FOURTH MONDAY OF THE MONTH (SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY) @5:00 PM AT THE COMMUNITY POOL.
All residents are welcome to attend.
Responsible for approval of work done to the exterior of our houses. Any changes to our homes that are visible from the common areas or by your neighbors must be approved by the architecture committee. Our knowledgeable committee members will offer valuable input and advice as to proper procedures to follow. Chairperson: Mike Zoretich, Chair
Supervises the maintenance of our landscaping. Our landscaped areas feature a large number of trees, shrubbery and desert plants. Their maintenance is a complex operation which requires significant resources. Any changes to our front yards must also be approved by the landscape committee.

Responsible for the community bulletin/newsletter, CdC website, hotline, and CdC email. Chairperson: Kathy Hippensteel
Conducts all financial activities for the community, from managing our moneys to collecting dues and accounting. The expertise of our financial committee makes it possible for us to maintain low dues and still be fiscally sound. Chairperson: Paula Hoff
Responsible for the maintenance of the pool area and the proper functioning of our heated pool and spa, making sure our facilities are always up to code and well maintained.
